Terms & Procedures
PROCEDURES:
1. Sign up your account here and redeem $2.00 Off on your first delivery or a top up for Prepaid VIP account.
2. Send in your request through www.savezexpress.wixsite.com/savezexpress.
3. Quick message will be sent via whatsapp to acknowledge request is received while pick up is assigning in 1 - 3 workdays.
4. After pick up is assigned, quick message will be sent via whatsapp.
5. Pick up crew will verify the request according to the assigning pick up.
6. Drop off will be completed within 2 - 3 workdays after pick up is made.
7. Before drop off, SMS will be sent to consignee mobile number on the day of arrival.
8. A call will be made to the consignee if FAILED DELIVERY arise. Rearrangement of drop off will be made.
TERMS:
1. All normal prepaid request pick up and drop off schedule are at the discretion of SAVEZ EXPRESS.
2. Pick up address is define to the PICK UP ADDRESS stated on the agreement and statement.
3. Drop off address is define to Singapore Islandwide, except restricted areas, zones, prisons, camps, islands and etc.
4. All OTHERWISE pick up request will regards to SPECIAL REQUEST and subject to additional charges.
5. All request are taken as NORMAL DELIVERY and it will be completed within 2 - 5 workdays after request is received.
6. Consignor to prepare the items before request is sent to avoid fail pick up.
7. Fail pick up will be charge accordingly if arise.
8. No pick up and drop off on weekends, and public holidays.
9. All pick up and drop off will be conducted between office hours, 9am - 6pm.
10. Fail delivery due to error in consigning details will be charge accordingly.
11. Tracking numbers are defaulted as POSTAL CODE follow by CONTACT NUMBER.
12. Tracking status is conducted by request only.
13. SAVEZ EXPRESS practices 14 DAYS DISCREPANCY POLICIES. All proof of deliveries will be kept for 14 days only.
14. For Prepaid VIP only, statement of account will be sent via email by monthly.
15. Next Day, Same Day and Special Delivery with be charge accordingly, refer to the rates here.
16. All parcel weight is limit to 3kg, additional per kg is addition to $3.00 per kg.
17. Special request service available and subject to addition rates from $8.00 onward.
18. SAVEZ EXPRESS reserves the right to amend, change, adjust and etc to all terms, procedures and rates without prior notice.
