Packing Guide
To ensure adequate protection, it is advisable to pack your items in an appropriately sized carton box or mailer bag.
For fragile items, do ensure the items are protected by bubble wrapping inside the box and that the words FRAGILE are clearly marked on the parcel.
If there are as lots of empty space inside the bag or box, do fill up the empty spaces with bubble wrap or newspaper to prevent items from rattling inside. Besides, a nicely packed parcel will also serve to impress your customers and have them returning to buy more items from you.
Picking Up
Once your order is created. Savez Express will get agents to pick up your parcel as soon as possible.
For pick up, our agent uses primary 2 methods
1. Call before arriving
2. Arriving without calling. This is done when the location is already within the routing of the agent when the order was created.
For pre-arranged pick up, if customers did not have the parcel ready or inappropriate category, the pickup is considered fail, and may result in a cancellation without refund.
