Q: What is the procedure for SAME DAY DELIVERY?

A: Send in the request before 3pm. You will receive a whatsapp msg when your requests are received and accepted. Pick up and drop off of parcel will be assigned between 4 - 6 hours after  delivery fee are received.

A:  Your customer shall received their parcel within 4 workdays for normal delivery from the request is received and accepted. Workdays are from Monday - Friday. All pick up and drop off will be conducted from 10am - 6pm.

A: No. SMS will be sent to your customer mobile phone before delivery to notify their parcel arrival schedule. SAVEZ EXPRESS will only call when your customer is not around to receive the item during the delivery schedule. If your customer has any request, please notify your customer to reply the SMS and let our delivery team know.

Q: Can my PREPAID account be upgraded?

A: Yes, you may upgrade your PREPAID account by TOP UP to the next level; eg if your PREPAID account balance is $350, and you would like to UPGRADE your account to PVIP1000, your TOP UP will be $650 and likewise 5% value of $32.50 will be added into your account. Your new drop off fee will be adjusted before the next shipping request.
